What is a partner?
Plainly: a partner is another company we do regulated security work with, under a written agreement, where each side is accountable for a defined piece. It is not a referral scheme and it is not a logo swap.

A licensed firm we work through
Security licensing is jurisdictional. Where our Texas licence does not authorise the work, a locally licensed firm performs it and we support them. Local partners →

Rosters run out. Partners cover each other for surge, short-notice fills and continuity, with assignments and reports on one shared record.
What a partner is not
A partner is not a referral arrangement, a reseller badge, or a name on a capability statement. And a partner is not a way to route regulated work around a licence — if a jurisdiction requires a licence we do not hold, the licensed firm performs the work. There is no version where we take the job and sort the licensing out later.
What each side is responsible for

Telling us the real scope, the real deadline and the real constraints. A partnership built on a scope nobody stated accurately fails on the first shift.
Us
Performing the scope we agreed, documenting it, and telling you early when something will not hold. We would rather lose a shift than lose your contract.

A written agreement before work starts, and a mutual NDA before anything commercially sensitive changes hands.

Do I need to be a security company to partner?
For performing regulated security work, yes — appropriately licensed. Prime contractors and staffing partners in adjacent lanes work with us differently.
Is there a partner fee?
No. Partnership is a commercial agreement on defined scope, not a paid programme.
Can we partner without a portal account?
Yes. The portal is for managing live work, not a gate on the relationship.
