Teaming and subcontracting

What a prime actually gets when Motorcade is the sub: defined scope, documented performance, and a partner that will not put your contract at risk.

What we perform as a subcontractor

Fixed posts and access control

Credentialed officers, logged entry and exit, visitor escort protocol, and zone enforcement.

Patrol and response

Marked patrol with GPS-verified checkpoints, per-visit reporting, and documented response.

Supervisory coverage

Site supervision, post inspection, incident escalation and shift accountability.

Documentation

Reports filed from the field, time-stamped and retained — the record your prime contract will be audited against.

Small business subcontracting plans

Unrestricted federal solicitations frequently carry a small business subcontracting plan requirement, and primes are evaluated on it. A named subcontractor commitment scores better than an unnamed percentage goal.

Motorcade is a small business and can be named in your plan with a defined scope. If you are building a plan against a live solicitation, talk to us before you submit — that window closes when your proposal does.

What we will not do

We will not act as a pass-through. If a partner performs the work and Motorcade supplies only a business status, that arrangement runs at FAR limitations on subcontracting and SBA affiliation rules, and it puts your award at risk as much as ours. Every teaming arrangement we enter has real scope attached to it.

Common questions

Can you be named in our subcontracting plan?

Yes, with a defined scope we can actually perform. Contact us while the plan is being written rather than after award.

No. We are available as a subcontractor to primes holding a vehicle.
