How the model works

- Written agreementRoles, scope, supervision, insurance and documentation standards are agreed in writing before work starts.
- Shared documentation surfaceThe partner portal gives both sides one record of assignments, coverage and incidents rather than two versions of events.
Why we are strict about this
Performing regulated security work outside the licence that authorises it is a regulatory problem for the client, the partner and us. Motorcade holds Texas DPS Private Security Bureau License B31011701. Outside what that authorises, we partner. There is no version of this where we take the work and sort the licensing out afterwards.
