Guards

Work with us

We hire commissioned officers in Texas — Texas DPS Level III (armed) and Level IV (personal protection). Start with guard self-signup online; every application then goes through HR, licensing and eligibility review before onboarding.

How the process works

  1. ApplyStart with guard signup. Tell us your licence status, market and availability.
  2. ReviewHR reviews the application, including licensing and eligibility to work the posts we cover.
  3. OnboardingApproved applicants are onboarded and issued access to the guard app.
  4. On postAssignments come through the app, with the site and post detail attached.

What we look for

Licensing

A current Texas DPS commission. We staff Level III (commissioned armed officers) and Level IV (personal protection officers). Our posts are commissioned posts.

Reliability

Posts get covered. That is most of the job, and it is the part clients actually measure.

Documentation

Officers who write a usable report. Our reporting is what a client or an auditor reads later.

Conduct

You represent the client site as much as you represent us.

The guard app

Onboarded officers use the Motorcade guard app to accept dispatch, record activity, file reports from the field and navigate to site.

Guard self-signup lands in a pending HR review queue. Access to assignments is granted after approval, not at signup.

Common questions

Do I need a licence before applying?

Yes. We staff Texas DPS Level III (commissioned armed) and Level IV (personal protection officer) posts. A Level II commission on its own is not enough for the posts we run. Tell us your level and expiry when you apply.

Is signup instant?

No. Signup is self-serve, but approval is reviewed before onboarding because the work is regulated.

Where does Motorcade operate?

Texas, under DPS Private Security Bureau License B31011701.
