Getting access
The guard app is for onboarded officers. Guard self-signup starts at our online application flow and lands in a pending HR review queue — access is granted after approval, not on signup.

Direct downloads are not published yet. The only build currently in our repositories is an unsigned debug build. Debug builds are debuggable by design and are not signed with a release key — they should not be installed by anyone outside development, and a device that installs one cannot upgrade cleanly to the store release later. Download links go live when a signed release build is cut.
