Motorcade Partner App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Motorcade Security Solutions LLC ("Motorcade", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in the Motorcade Partner mobile application ("the app"). The app is a business tool for the staff of approved Motorcade partner security companies. It is not a public consumer app and is not intended for the general public or for children.

Who Uses the App

The app is used only by authorized personnel of partner organizations that Motorcade has approved. Access is granted through each organization and is limited to that organization's own operational data.

Account Information We Process

To sign a user in and provide access, we process basic account information: name, email address, organization, and role. Authentication is handled through Motorcade single sign-on (SSO); the app does not create or store separate passwords.

Operational Information Shown in the App

Signed-in users see operational information that belongs to their own organization, including guard records, license, compliance and document metadata, staffing and schedule planning summaries, guard reports (such as daily activity, incident, and turnover reports), and the on-shift location of that organization's own guards as reported by those guards' devices. This information is shown only to authorized users within the same organization.

Device Location

The Motorcade Partner app does not collect the user's personal device location for consumer tracking or advertising. Guard on-shift positions shown in the app are reported by those guards through a separate guard application and are displayed to authorized users of the same organization for operational oversight only.

No Financial Data, No Ads, No Sale of Data

The app does not collect payment or financial account information; compensation and payment features are not enabled in the app. The app contains no advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

Security

Information is transmitted using encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS). Access is protected by authentication and role-based access controls, and each organization's data is kept logically separated from other organizations' data (tenant isolation), so users see only their own organization's information.

Data Retention

We retain account and operational information for as long as it is needed to provide the service to the partner organization and to meet legal, contractual, and recordkeeping obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Your Rights: Access, Correction, and Deletion

Users and partner organizations may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information associated with the app by contacting us at support@motorcade.vip. Some information may be retained where required for legal or contractual reasons.

Third-Party Services

The app connects to Motorcade's own systems to sign users in and display their organization's data. Any third-party services involved are governed by their own privacy and security practices.
